The last 24 hours continue to confirm Europe being in the middle of the pandemic explosion. A 10% increase in the number of infected people was recorded worldwide (Italy with the biggest increase, followed by Germany and the USA). The total number of countries affected by the virus is 184.

Italy had the worst day so far with almost half of the total deaths for the last 24 hours. 😢
Number of Daily New Cases: 27,169

In the last 24 hours were diagnosed positive with coronavirus 1,124 more people compare to the previous day. 😢 Germany has almost doubled the number of new cases compared to the previous day. While Spain has shown a decrease in number of new cases compared to the previous day.

The number of new recoveries overpasses the number of new deaths for the last 24 hours.

Number of People in Critical Situation: 7,796 (+280)

China has decreased the number of people in a critical situation in net terms (taking out deaths) compares to the previous day. Italy has a slight increase in this indicator, but the sad thing is that 90% of deaths in the last 24 hours there, were people staying at home, thus not calculated in this number. The Netherlands has replaced Belgium at the end of the ranking from the previous day.
